BEDFORD COUNSELLING & TRAINING

Bedford Counselling and Training was formed in 2013 and its members have been involved in the charitable low fee provision of counselling in Bedford.

Our aim was to offer affordable individual and group therapy for people in Bedfordshire to a high standard. Counselling and group therapy provides a safe space for talking and understanding your experiences.

We also offered training, placements and CPD events to practising counsellors and others in the helping professions, whose practice could benefit from the enhanced skills and knowledge that psychodynamic understanding can bring.

Recently the Trustees have had to make the difficult decision to close the charity. We are facing unprecedented pressures, so unfortunately Bedford Counselling and Training will no longer be offering counselling, training or CPD.

We are no longer taking on any new clients. If you, or someone you know, is looking for support or counselling here are some organisations to contact.

Let your GP know how you are feeling and stay in touch with them.
